Several of the company's machines have become redundant, these will be offered for sale in an online auction at Troostwijk Auctions. Bidding is possible until Monday 17 June 2024, the auction closes at 14:00.
Due to the takeover of Baaijens Metaal BV, sheet-metal working and construction company Enco van Grinsven BV sees a great opportunity for efficiency gains, as the activities of both companies partly overlap. For this reason, various machines will be auctioned off via Troostwijk Auctions' online platform.

Initially, both Enco van Grinsven BV and Baaijens Metaal BV will remain at their own locations in Oss. A hall will be added to the premises at Spaanderstraat 15 in Oss, where Baaijens Metaal BV is currently located, on an adjacent plot. Thereafter, both companies will continue at this location. All staff of both companies will be redeployed.
The online auction of the metalworking machines is open for bids. The auction closes on Monday 17 June 2024 at 2pm.
